only for those re~ts actually received. " -
21. F~u+e Adrait~t. Upon request by Borrower, l~nder, at Lender's option withia twenty yeacs trom the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with inte[est thercon; shall be socurcd by this ~
Mortsage when evideacod by promissory notes stating that said notes aro secured hercby. At no time shall the principal
amou~t of th~ it~debtedncss securod by this Morigage. not including sums advanoed in aocordanoe herewith to protect the
