2. That there are no mechanics', or other statutory liens
against said property and that there are no unpaid bills or claims out-
standing for labor or material incident to the construction, repairing,
renovating, excavating or improving of the above property or any buildings
and the improvement located thereon, or for or by reason of any other
matter or thing Whatever; that no person, firm, association, or cor-
poration has the right to assert a mechanics', or other statutory lien
. for unpaid labor or materials furnished to the above described property,
or for or by reason of any other matter or thing whatever, within the
past twelve months; and that no notices of intention to claim lien or
other cautionary notices of any kind have_been served with respect to
labor performed or-materials furnished upon said property.
