WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them given in and by the Last Will
and Testament of JACK POPICK, Deceased, and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good,and valuable con-
siderations in~hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, assigns, re,
. leases, conveys and confi•rms to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns forever, an undivided 50$ interest of alI
that certain parcel of land ~ying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:

St. Lucie County, Florida.
- Grantors hereof cevenant with grantor that the above
described property is vacanti land and has never been the

1. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and
limitations of record.
2. Taxes for the year 1978 and subsequent years.
3. Governmental Zoning Ordinances. ~ ~
TOGETHER with the estate which said Testator had at the time of
his decease and which the Parties of the First Part have or had~the
power of attorney to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of the said
Will or otherwise.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD.the premises herein granted to the Parties
of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns, forever.
AND the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with the
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things p=eliminary to and in and about this conveyance and the Laws
o.f Florida have been fo2lowed and complied with in all respects.
