THE CONDITIOI~S OF THIS SECIIRITY AGREEMENT ARE SUCH that Purchaser haa executed end delivered to Seller his
~ ~ts) certain promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter referred to as the "Note". in the principal amount equal to the Ttime
Balance ahown above and payable as aet forth above, and any Purchaaer of said Note ahall take the same free frnm any defense
thereto and/or claims, demands and setoffs of Purchaaer against_ Seller, NOW, TH~:REFORE:
If the obligation hereby secured, or any part thereof, fa not paid at Ne maturity •hereof, whether such maturity be caused by lapse
of time or by acceleration, such entire obligation or the part thereof which has matured, as the caae may be, shall thereafter draw
straight interest at the rate of Sgc per annum until paid; or at the option of the Seller, the Seller may coliect and receive. and the
Purchaser agreea to pay, a tate charge calculated at the rate ot 5~ for each dollar of any monthly inatallment, shown above which ia
not paid on or before ten days after the due date thereof, but in no event shall the amount of auch late charge for any one defaulted
