shall remain the same. ~ ~
4. That all of the property described in the Mortgage shall
remain in all respects subject to the l~en and security interest
of the Mortgage, and nothing herein contained or done pursuant _
hereto shall aFfect or be construed to affect the lien and~secur-
ity interest effected by the Mortqage, or the priority'thereof
over other lxens and security interests, or to re~ease or affect
the liability of any party or parties who may now or hereafter be
~liable under or on account of the Note and Mortgage. '
5. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this
Agreement shall not a£fect or impair any representation in regard
_ to and/or 4,arranty of title heretofore made by the Mortgagor, all -
of which shall remain in full Porce and inure t~ the benefit of
the Mortgagee.
6. -This Agreement sh~ll be binding upon and shall inure to
-the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors
and assigns_of the r~spect~ve parties hereto.
