THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 6th day of March, ~
1978, by and between S1~LAH GOUDA and DIANNE GOUDA, his wife,

"Mortgagee".?; . -
WtIER~:AS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a certain ,
promissory note dated December 24, 1977, in the original principal
amount of $4T5,000.00, executed and delivered by Mortgagor•to
Mortgagee (the "Note"), said note being secured by a certain
t~iortgnge and Security Agreement dated December 24, 1977, recorded
in Official Records Book 279, page 1780, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida (the "Mortgage") and
WHER~AS, the parties hereto wish to modify and amend the ~

inafter set forth;
NOW, TtiEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the
mutual advantages and benefits accruing to the parties hereto, it _
is agreed:
l. The Note shall be modified as follows:

is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the-undersigned promises to pay to
the order of THE MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF NEW - F
YORK, a New York corporation, at its principal office
- at 17~0 Broadway, New York, New York 10019, or at such
otner place or places as the holder hereof from ti.me to
' time may-designate in writinq, the principal sum of~FOUR ~

~ lawful money of the United States, together with interest
