shall remain the same. .
4. That all o~ the property described in the Mortgage shall
remaia in all respects subject to the lien and security interest
of the Mortgage, and nothxng herein contained or done pursuant ~
hereto shall affect or be construed to affect the l~en and ~ecur-
ity interest effected by the Mortgage, or the priority thereof
over other liens and security interests, or to release or affect
the liability of any.party or parties who may now or hereafter be '
liable under or on account of the Note and Mortgage. •

S. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this .
Ayreement shall not affect or impair any representation in regard
to and/or warranty of title heretofore made by the Mortgagor, all
of which shall remain in ful], force and inure to the benefit of_
the Mortgagee.
6. This Agreement shall be binding.upon and shall inure to
the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors
and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
