FIRST NATIt~~IAL BANK AND TRUST COMPAI~Y OF STUART , Case No .
77-392-CA, filed in the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, .
Florida. ~
~ 2. That he executed an Affidavit of non-military
service in connection with KARL DEAN LOWING and SANDRA ~
LOWING, his wife.
. 3. ~That tie executed said rton-military Affidavit ~
based on the following set~of facts: ~
~ A. KARL DEAN LOWING and SANDRA LOWING, his r

wife, been in contact with Plaintiff's loan servicing de- s

partment for over a one-year period at the time, and the
financial papers filled out by them did not indicate that
either one was in active military service. ~
B. The Stieriff of St. Lucie County attempted
to sertre prosess upon both Defendants and was unable to do .
locate the Defendants. The Slieriff reparGed that both of
~ them had worked for the Ramada Inn in Fort Pierce and had
left their employment Ieaving no forwarding address. They ;

further indicated that to their knowledge, KARL DEAN LOWING
and SANDRA LOWING, his wife, were not in the military service
