EXTENSI~1 ANO ASSUMPTION AGREEMiENT

The undersigned purchasers of that certain property heretofore.
owned by ROONEY C. CRAIG and DEBRA I.CRAIG, his wife, while under threat
of foreclosure, has been assumed and purchased by the undersigned
purchasers.
~That BENJAMIN DALE BEERS in the initiation of a notice of

foreclosure, etc., of that certain mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 272,
Page 958, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, has this date ;

assigned, sold, conveyed and set over to CHARLES WM. STONE and HETTiE D.
STONE, his wife, all of the ri.ghts of the said BENJAMIN DALE BEERS in and
to the said mortgage, at which time the unpaid balance thereon had a
principle balance of s7,436.26 with interest charges of s49.54 for a total
unpaid payable balance on the date of this Extension and Assum,ption Agreement
of ~7,48~.80. . :
That the purchasers assuming have this date paid upon the.said
mortgage the sum of ~2,000.00 leaving unpaid ~the principle balance with :

interest, etc. of ~5,485.80, whi.ch said sum, by agreement of the undersigned

parties is a~wmed by the undersigned purchasers and agreed upon by the

4 undersigned present mortgageholders, in consideration of the said ~2,000.00 ~

~ pa~yment and the hereinafte~ set out conditions, to-wit: That the undersigned ~

i . purchasers convenant and agree that in the event they shall be in default

~ as much as fifteen (15) d~ys on their ~100.00 monthly mortgage payments
~ the first of wF~ich shall be due on July i, 1978, and under which said default, ~

~ the present owners shall have the right and the option to charge 2% interest
