259, paqe 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
' second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in-O.R. Book 259, page 1276, a~oresaifl records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CAICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLAR~ ($10.00) and~other good and valuable
