The undersign.ed, ~s personal representative of the above
Estate, alleges: ~

l. The deceden~, PRIMUS KILEN MOORE, a resident of St. Lucie ;
County, Florida, died on August 1, 1977, and Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioner on September 28, 1977.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Final Accounting containing a
i
complete report of all receipts ~nd disbursements since the co~ence-
ment of administration of this Estate. ~
3. Petitioner has fully_administered this Estate, by making
pay~ent, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the pay-
~ment of all expenses of administration.

; the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of
