This cause came on to be heard on June 2, 1978 on Husband's ~
Motion for Rehearing, and the Court having been advised"in the premises,
finds and orders as follows:~

~ The Husband may purge himself of the contempt referred to in this
Court's order dated May 19, 1978, by doing ar~y of the following acts: ~
1. The Nusband shall post a Surety Bond with the Clerk of this
~ Court in-the principal sun of ~2,500.00 conditioned upon Husband's
. compliance with the terms and conditions of that Court Order dated May 27, 1977.
2. Husband shall~deliver the children to the Wife's home in Texas
on or before June 16, 1978:
3. Husband shall purchase tickets for transportation for the.
children to travel to Wife's home in Texas, and furnish copies of same to the
I
Court and Wife's attorney on or before June 15, 1978.

; . 4. In all other respects the order. of May 19, 1978 shall remair~
~ in full force and effect. ~
