- This cause coming on before the Court on motion for temporary
relief and the Court having heard the parties and being fully advised ~
therefor, thereupon, it is hereby - ~
~ ~ ORDERED:
1: That the wife, SHANNON RUTH BAILEY, is awarded the custody
of the two minor children of the parties, subject to reasonable rights of
visitation~ by the Husband, TONMY EUGENE BAILEY.
2. That the Wife, SHANNON RUTH BAILEY, is awarded the use and'
; ~ occupancy with furniture and fixtures of the premises fornierly by them
.
' occupied as their home and the Husband, TOM~IY EUGENE BAILEY, is ORDERED

~ to remove himself therefrom no later than 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 17, 1978.

f 3. That the Hushand, TOMMY EUGENE BAILEY, shall pay to the Wife

~ as support for the minor children, the sum of ~50.00 each week beginning

Frida~y, June 16, 1978.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to SHANNON RUTN BAILEY. In addition there is hereby
~ assessed the sum of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each paymen~ made

~ to the Clerk._ All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's -
~ -
~ check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court

~ advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this.order

~ 4. In addition to the abovesaid support,~TOMMY EUGENE BAILEY is

~ ~ Ordered to pay the temporary medical bills, making satisfactory arrangement
