ORDER OF CONTEMPT- ~ .
This-cause came on to be heard on June 16, 1978 on the
Wife's motion for order of contempt for failure of the Husband
to make child support payments and the Court having heard
testimony of the respective parties and being fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. The Court finds and det~ermines that the Husband,
BARRY RANDLEMAN, is in arrears in his payments to the Wife,
BETH RANDLEMAN, for the support of the minor child in the sum of
i $684.50 as of June 15, 1978.

~ ~ 2. The Court finds and determines that the Husband,

j ~BARRY RANDLEMAN, had the ability to make the child support pay-
~ _
~ ments, was regularly employed and is in willful contempt of this
~ ~ -
~ Court.
~ _ ~3. The Husband, BARRY RANDLEMAN, may purge himself
~ '
~ of said contempt by paying the sum of $684.50 to the Wife, BETH
~ RANDLEMAN, through the Clerk of this Court in the manner
~ .
~ following: $100 on July 28, 1978 and $100 on the last Friday
~
~ of each month thereafter until the full sum of $684.50 has been
~ paid. -

~ 4. Upon failure of the Husband, BARRY RANDLEMAN, to
~ make any of such payments~and upon affidavit of the Wife, th~e
~
~ . Nusband, BARRY RANDLEMAN, shall serve t~ full days in the
