5. The parties shall hold the real property described herein
aa.tenants in common. The Respondent shall collect all rents from the
properties and apply said monies to payments of.the mortgages, taxes,
and insurance on the properties.
- 6. The Court reserves jurisdiction of this cause for the pur-

pose of enforcing this Judgment and.for the entry of any future Orders
that may become necessary in the interest of the minor children of the
parties~
