Procedure Rules, 9.130(a)(3)(c)(ii).
2. The oral Orders of this_Court rendered on the 18th
and 19th days of May, 1978, denying Appellants' Amended Motion To
~ Dismiss, dated on the 15th day of May, 1978 (encompassing the
Appellants' original Motion To Dismiss, dated on the 22nd day of
March, 1978), made- upon the hearing of all motions, after notice,
~ and repeated on many occasions throughout the hearing on the•18th
and 19th days of May, 1978, on Appellee's application for said
Order Of Taking. All of these Orders involved were non-final
Orders relating to jurisdiction of the persons and of the subject
matter by this.Court in eminent domain proceedings under Chapter
7~4, Florida Statutes, F.S.A., as set forth in Florida Appellate
~ Procedure Rules, 9.130(a)(3)(c)(i).
The nature of the Order is an interlocutory Order Of
Taking, under the authority of Chapter 74, Florida Statutes,
F.S.A., in eminent domain ~roceedings and oral interlocutory
Orders denying Appellants' Amended Motion To Dismiss for lack of
~ ~ -

~ jurisdiction of the persons of the Appellants and of the lands
~ taken. ~
