motions, after notice, and repeated on many occasions throughout
th~ hearing on the 18th and 19th days of May, 19~8, on Appellee's
application for said Order Of Taking.. All of these Orders ~nvolv-
ed were non-final Orders relating to jurisdiction of the person
and of the subject matter of this Court in eminent domain proceed-
ings under Chapter 74, Fl~rida Statutes, F.S.A., as set forth in
Florida Appellate Procedure Rules, 9.130(a)(3)(c)(i). ~
The nature of the Order is an interlocutory Order Of
~ Taking, under the authority of Chapter 74, Florida Statutes, ~
~ F.S.A., in eminent domain proceedings and oral interlocutory
~ Orders denyi~g Appellant's Motion To Dismiss for lack of juris-
diction of the person of the Appellant and of the lands taken.
