MODIFICATION AGREEMENT g~~~

THIS AGREEMENT between Herbert Pulitzer, Jr., a single
adult, Borrower and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCiE ~OUNTY, Lender ~ ~
~ W I T N E- S S E T H, that =
WHEREAS, Lender has heretofore made a loan to Borrower ~s
in the principal amount of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00)
evidenced by Borrower's Note i~ the amount of the loan dated
July 2, 1976 with a present balance of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00)
and
~ WI~REAS, Borrower has requested Lender to modify ~
cerain provisions pertaining to the.aforesaid loan;~ - }

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and '

other good and valuable consideration, Borrower agre~s with Lender as ;

Entire Balance of note in the amount of 3
$18,000.00 plus interest to become due and
' payable June 2, 1979, Interest rate 10$ per

~ BORROWER hereby authorizes and directs Lender to take

~ any action necessary to conform the original Note, security instruments
~ and other collateral documents to the terms as herein modified, and

~ by these presents accepts and confirms their liability under said .

~ as herein modified.
BORROWER further agrees that the foregoing Modification
~ shall in no way affect or otherwise release any collateral held by '

Lender as security to said Note; but acknowledges and agrees that - ?

all collateral held by Lender as security to said Note shall continue

~ to secure the Note to the same extent and in the same manner as if
