DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
- This cause came on Eor trial the 20th day of June.
1978, and the Court having given full consideration to all
.the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has_juris- .
- diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
partie~; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is_thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. ~DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betwen

~ is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are

hereby freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ,

she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of
SHIRLEY A. FOSHEE and to use the same in all respects as if .
