This matter came before the Court on June 16, 1978,
' upon the Wife's Motion for Temporary Relief and th~ Court
having heard the testimony of'the parties and the argument
of counsel and being fully advised in the premises. it is
i~ thereupon ~ ~ ,
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
. 1. The Wife, JUANITA J. SHIVER, is hereby awarded the
° sum of $SO.OO per w~eek as temporary alimony com~encing on
Friday, Juhe 23, 1978 and continuing on each successive Friday
thereafter until further Order of this Court. ~

~ 2. The parties received a United States Treasury Check
~ .

! in the amount of $762.00 representing a tax refund for ti~e year -
~ 1977. The Husband, DAVID C. SHIVER~ shall endorse this Check .
~ and deliver it to the Wife, JUANITA J. SHIVER, and the WifQ
~ shall be entitled to the entire proceeds of this check. Out
; of this check, the Wife shall pay to have her 1974'Oldsmobile ~
automobile removed from storage.
3. All other provisions of the previous Temporary ~
: Ordear entered by this Court on May 30, 1978 shall continue in
' full force and effect and jurisdiction of thi.s cause and the~ :

~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders
