money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and resi-
dence addresses at a11 times while this Order is in effect.
~ 4. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof:
S. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $350.00
to be reasonaUle for the wife's attorney for his services herein, ~
and DARWIN A. FLIETH is ordered to pay sa~d attorney said sum,
together.with costs herein assessed at $37.50. ,
'6. JURISDICTION. ~ Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
herein is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. .
