FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSQLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
THIS CAUSE having come on for tria2 on the 20th day of
June, 1978 upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given.full consideration to all the evidence and observed
the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds
and de~termines: This Court~has ~urisdiction of the parties
and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband
and Wife now exists between the parties; a~d that the marriage

is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are -
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~
existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
from.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor female child, to wit:

is hereby awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights
