3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of
June, 1978, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of
$25.00 each and every week for the support of Che before named
child; said sum to continue until such time as said child~ -
reaches ma,j.ority, marries or becomes seif-supporting. ~
, Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of Court and by
~
h~im remitted promptly to CYNTHIA A. KNOELLER. In addition,
there is hereby assessed Che sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs-to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
. _ ;
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of~
this Court advised of their mailing and~residence addresses

at all times while this Order is-in effect. ;

4. PROPERTY. The Stipulation admitted into evidence is
hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~
5. COSTS INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES: The Husband is hereby
ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney the sum of $250:00 as a .
reasonable attorneys fee for legal services rendered to
CYNTHIA A. KNOELLER and directs that said sum shall be paid ~

within^~days from date hereof, together with costs in fhe i

amount of $55.00. .
f 6. JURISDICTION: JuXisdiction of this cause and the #

~ parties hereto is~retained for the entry of~such further orders ~

~ as may be_proper. Further jurisdiction may. be invoked by mail-
ing a copy of any future pleadings.to the address required to ~
~ be su lied to the Clerk of the Circuit Court as outlined above.
