~ 7 IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AtID DECREED that:
8 1. The parties' marriage is dissolved.
9 2. The written Amended Property Settlement Agreement
1~ entered into between the parties designated Exhibit "A" is incor-
11 porated by reference in this Decree, and the parties are hereby
12 ordered to comply with the terms of said agreement.
13 3, Petitioner is granted the care, control and custody
14 of the parties' minor child JEAN ANN TUCKER subject to reasonable
15 ~isitatiQn rights in~Respondent.
16 4. Respondent is ordered to pay $100.00 per month to
l~ Petitioner until the real property described in Exhibit A to the

18 Amended Property Settlement Agreement is sold, as set forth in
19 ~xhibit A. . ~
