THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual promises and undertakings herein contained and for other good and valuable considerations, the parties agree as follows: ~ ~ 1. The parties may and shall~ at all times hereafter, live and continue to live separate and apart. Each party may re- side at such~place or places as he or she may select~ and shall be free from all interference, authority or control, direct or indirect, by the other, as fully as if he or she were sole and unmarried. Each party may, for his or her separate use-and bene- . fit, conduct, carry on and engage in any business, profession and employment which to him or her may seem advisable. ~ 2. The parties shall not molest or interfere with each ~ oCher; nor shall either of them compel or attempt to compel the - other to cohabit or dwell with h~m or her by any means whatsoever. ' 3, Each party shall have the r-ight to dispose of his or her property, including such property as is determined to belong to each party through this agreement, by Last Will and Testament or otherwise, in such.manner as tie or she may, in his or her-un- ; controlled discretion, deem proper and with the same force and effect as if the other party had died prior to such disposition._ a. From and after the date of this instrument, property acquirad by either party hereto shall be the sole and separate property of the person acquiring the same. Both parties hereby waive any r.ights they may have in the estate of the other and . - specifically waive any right they may have to adu~inister the estate of the other party in the event of the death of the other. b.
