6. Each party hereby agrees that he or she,will not con-
tract any debt, charge or 2iability in the name of, or upon the
credit of the other, or for which the other or the estate of the
other might or could become liable, and agrees in any event to
•indemnify and hold the other and the estate of the other harmless
