following terms and conditions:
A. The apartments shall be held in comtnon tenancy `

by the parties. ~

B_. Wife shall continue to do all bookkeeping in ~
rel,ation to the operation of the sub3ect property, which ;

bookkeeping duties and authority sh,all consist of collect- ~
ing all rents and making all disbursements in regards to ~
said property and in connection with the terms of this
paragraph.

C. Husband shall be responsible and have the author- ~

- ity for the management of the subject property. No re-
financing or other debt_shall be asst~ned in regard to
such.property unless Husband and Wife agree to said re-

financing or additional debt. _ ~
_ D. The receipts from the operation of the subject
property shall be applied monthly to payment of: Che t
mortgages and encumbrances presently existing on the
~ subject~property, payments due on the mortgage presently -
~ existing.on the real property described in 10.A.1. above, -

~ payment of the automobile described in 10.A.4. above, and

~ operational expenses in respect to the subj-ect property.

Any sums remaining monthly after said payments have been ,

made shall be divided equally between Husband and Wife. ~
Upon the sale of the subject property. the pro- z
ceeds therefrom shall be applied first to the payment of:
the then balance of the encumbrances presently existing
on the property, the entire mortgage then due on the
~ residence described in 10.A.1. above, and the entire bal-

~ ~ ance then due on the 1976 Mercury described in 10.A.4.
