THIS CAUSE having come on for trial the 21st day o£ ~

. Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~
finds~and determines: This Court.has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter-of this suit; that the relation -
of husband~and wife now exists between the p~arties; and~that

the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and ~

should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED. as follows: .
1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage between ~
JAMES ERIC SUMMERS and DEBRA J. SUMMERS be and the same is
hereby dissolved,~ and the parties and each of them are hereby

~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~
; between them and from the obligations aris'ing therefrom. ~

i 2. Property. The property settlement agreement_admitted ;

~ into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and ;

~ the parties are ordered to comply wi'th the provisions thereof. _

3. Restoration of Name. The Wife, DEBRA J. SUMMERS, be
and she is hereby authorized to assume her forme~ name of ~
DEBRA J. HARPLEY and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened. x~~

4. Jurisdiction. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
