D. 1978, upon the pleadings filed herein; and the # • ~ . ~ ; . Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~ finds~and determines: This Court.has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter-of this suit; that the relation - of husband~and wife now exists between the p~arties; and~that : - ~ ~ ~ ~ ; the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and ~ . ~ should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED. as follows: . 1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage between ~ JAMES ERIC SUMMERS and DEBRA J. SUMMERS be and the same is hereby dissolved,~ and the parties and each of them are hereby _ > ~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~ ; between them and from the obligations aris'ing therefrom. ~ i i 2. Property. The property settlement agreement_admitted ; ~ ~ into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and ; - T ~ the parties are ordered to comply wi'th the provisions thereof. _ ! ; 3. Restoration of Name. The Wife, DEBRA J. SUMMERS, be and she is hereby authorized to assume her forme~ name of ~ DEBRA J. HARPLEY and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. x~~ ; 4. Jurisdiction.
