Comes now the FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF
STUART, the present Trustee under the Will of Harold V. Ackert,
_ and states that it desires to resign as such Trustee due to the •
~ relocation of the Income Beneficiary of the Trust. l~abel C.
Ackert, the Primary Beneficiary has moved from St. Lucie County,

Florida to the State of Washington.to live with her children and
has asked that a Trustee be appointed in Washington to allow more
convenient management of the Trusts, as Florida now has become an
inappropriate place for adminisxration of the trusts.
Youz• Petitioner, who has been acting as Trustee since
