of Washingtoa ie qua~3fied to act as successor trustee and the
need for a~truatee is apparent and will aid.in the efficient '
management of the trusts, and the court being otherwise advised, ;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Pacific Nat~onal Bank of
Washington is hereby appointed successor trustee under the Will of
