This cause was heard before me this day upon the Petition
f>r appointment of Successor Trustee by the First National Bank and
Trust Company of Stuart, as Trustee under the Will of Harold V.
Ackert, and it appearing to the court that the First National Banlc
and Trust Company of Stuart has satisfactorily accounted for all~
~ the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the decedent and has
distributed the assets of this Trust to the Successor Trustee,
The Pacific National Bank of Washington; that it having been made
to appear affirmatively ~hat a proper receipt has been received•
from the Successor Trustee and tha.t the First National Bank and
Trust Company of Stuart has performed all other acts necessary
to its final dischaxge, including the filing of the Receipt, and
~ there being no ob~ections to the entry of this Order, aad the
~
~ - court being fullq advised in~the premises, it is, therefore,

4 upon consideration,
ADJUDGED that the First National Bank and T~us~ Company of
