1. That at the time of death, the decedent was the `
owner of real property located in Martin County, Florida, more ~ '

fully described in the contract attached hereto.. ~
2. That Jeffrey W. Price has offered to purchase the I

property from the estate for the sum of $3,500.00, as per the terms
and con3itions of the Deposit Receipt Agreement attached hereto ~
and made a part hereof by reference.
