THIS CASUE came on for trial the 21st day of June, 1978, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
~ and deteranines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
sub~ect matter of this suit; th~t the relation of husband and-wife
now exists be~ween the parties; anci that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

thereupon - ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION. Ttie marriage between LAWRENCE W. WYRICK, ~
JR:~ and DENISE L. WYRICK be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the

; bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

i obligations arising therefrom. _

! 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. DENISE L. WYRICK be and she is
f hereby authorized to assume her former name of DENISE LYNN~ ELDER,
