FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION ~
.THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in this cause and with the written consent of the natural
mother and of the natural father, and with the written consent of
the minor, Tamara Lynne Mann, and it appearing to the Court that
the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor
children sought to be adopted and that the best interests of the
children will be promoted bg the adoption and that the chi~dren
are suitable for adoption by the Petitioner, FRANKLIN DOUGLAS POWELL,

and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the-premises, it is,

ORDERED AND ADJUBGED that the minor children known as TAMARA
LYNNE MAI~TN and DENA LEIGH MANN are declared to be the legal children .
of the Petitioner~ FRANKLIN DOUGLAS POWELL, and are given the names
~
~ of TAMARA LYNNE POWELL and DENA LEIGH POWELL, by which name they

' shall hereafter be known, and it is, further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that these_ chilciren shall be the

~ children and legal heirs of the Petitioner, FRANKLIN DOUGLAS POWELL,
~ entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to a11 obligations
of a child born to Petitioner, FRANKLIN DOUGLAS POWELL~ in legal
wedlock._
