NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar each to the other in
hand paid, iT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:
1. The rate of interest to be applicable to the mortgagors in the event of ;

defaults as provided in Covenant No. 14 be, and the same is hereby agreed to
