4. To the extent of tite indcbtedne~ o( the Norty~gor to the ~tortgagee described herein or secured hereby, the
Mortgagee is hereby wbrogatcd to the lien orliens and to !he righ~s of thc uwners and holders thereof of each and every
mortgage, lien or other incumbrance on the land described here~n which is paid and/or satufied. in vkfiule or in part, auE of ~
the proceeds ot the loan described herein or secured hereby, and the respective lien~ of said mo~tgages, liens or other incum-
brances, shall be and the same and each of them hereby is preserved and shall pasa to and be held by the Mortgagee herein as
security for the indebtedness to the Mortgagee herein described or hereby secured, to the same extent that it w~oufd fia~~e been
~ p~rserved and would hpve been pas~ced to _and, been held by the Mortgagee had it been duly and regularty aitigned, trans-
