ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable

~ knowledged, does hereby remise, ~release, quitclaim, exonerat~ and
h~ discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgages wnto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-

~ 3~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
~ b~ ments of rec~rd modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

Q'~s~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
~ a'~ Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and

fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the
