SUMMARY FINRL JUDGtLENT IN FORECLOSURE
This caese having come to be heard on the Plaintiff's Motion
~or Summary Final Judgment, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon .
ORDERED A2JD ADJUDCED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction over this cause and the ~
subject matter and the parties.
2. The default judgments previously entered herein are
ratified and confirmed.
3. That the mortgage herein sued upon by the Plaintiff was
legally executed, acknowledged, delivered and recorded as is alleged
in,Plaintiff's Cor~~plaint; that the Promissory Note thereby secured
~ kas also properly executed and delivered; and that the said~Promissory

~ lote and l~iortgage were and do constitute a valid and subsisting lien
ugon the real prop~rty of the Defendarlt s, FRANR MILLER and MARY
MILLER, his wife, which property is hereinafter

4. That the default in making the pa~m?ents of the principal
and interest upon the said note constitutes a breach of the covenants
of the Aiortgage herein sued upon. .
5. That the Defendant8, FRANR MILLER and~MARY MILLER,
his wife, - have defaulted in making the payments of the

~ :rincipal and interest upon the said Promissory Note and now awe the
~laintiff on account of the pr2ncipal and interest on said Note and
S:ortgage, the sum of $~,670.30 ,~rhich figure includes amounts
:aid by the Plaintiff on behalf of the Defendants, late charges and
~ interest accruing to the date of`this Judgment, together with the
