10. L'pon receipt of the purchase price paid at said sale, the
C?erk shall issue a Certificate of Sale, and if no objections to said
s~le be fileci within the time requited by la«,. said Clerk shall issue
r=_s Certificatz of litle and Certificate of D~sbursements, and he shal.l
c?szasrse and apply the proceeds of the sale in the folloc~ing manner:
A. His fees, : a21o*.•~ances, conmiss~o~ . and expenses;
B. Fees and~costs of the Officers of this Court and the
??~?n~iff of this suit;
C. Tne attor~eys' fees oi the Plaintiff herein for their
~~rvices in re~ard to the foreclosure of said mortgage, which sum
::~s sp?cifi~d p=eviously herein in paragraph five.
D. ~he su~-a~specified previously in paragraph five «hich was
~o~r.d to b~ o::~ng 4o the Plain~iff o;~ account o~ the principal,
