above-described premises,..such care and maintenance to include
i cultivating, spraying, dustinq,. pruning, fertilizing, watering, ~
,protection against damage by frost and fire, marketing of crops
and replanting of trees when needed, aIl to be done in a ~
hu~band-like manner and in accordance with approved inethods of

FOR _VALUE RECE(VED the undersiyned, joinily and severaily, promise -
to PAY TO THE ORDER OF DAINTREY GROVE CORPORATiON, a Florida
co~poration, the principal se~m of One Hundred Sixfy Thausand and No/100
, Dollsrs (s160,000.00). together with interest on the unpaid balance at the
~ate of 8-1/2$ percent per annum from the date hereof until maturity, all
payable in lawfui money of the United States of America, in five equal
installments of principal of ~32,000.00 each on the fi~st, second, third, ~
fourth and fifth anniversaries of the date hereof, each such instaltment
to be accompanied by accrued interest, provided Lhat Lhe maker hereof
may at any time prepay this note in whole or part at any time r?ithout ~
penalty. . .
All payme~ts shall apply first to accrued interest, and the remainder,
if any, to reduction af principal. If any installment of principal or inter-
est is not paid within thirty (30) days after it is due, the whote indebt-
edness remaining unpaid shall, at the option of the holder, become imme-
diately due, payabie and coiiectibte, and while in default, this note shal!
bear interest at the rate of ten pe~cent per ar~nurri. Each maker and
~endor•ser severally waives demand, protesi and notice of maturity, non-
payment or protest and all requirements necessary to hold each of them
liable as makers and endorsers. Each make~ and endorser further. agrees, ~
jointly and severalty, to pay all costs of .collection, including reasonable
attorney fees in case the principal of this note or any payment on the
principal or any interest thereon is not paid at the respective maturity
thereof, o~ in case it becomes necessary to protect the security hereof,
whether suit be brought or not.
