THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the.Court pursuant
to the Order of this Court for the Procedural Meetinq on the lgth
day of June, 1978, at 9:30 A.M. o'clock, and the Court finding: ~
, 1. That all heirs were given notice of.the Procedural

2. That two of the heirs of the Estate of Perry Carlton
