each bidder be required to prove his or her financial qualifications
to the satisfaction af the Court prior to beinq allowed to partici-
pate in the bidding at the sale on June 23, 1978.

And the Court having heard counsel and the prospective
bidders present, and befnq otherwise advised in the premises, it

is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: •
1. That it be,_and is hereby ordered that only those ~
persons who have submitted written.openinq bids with a ten percent 1
deposit of their bids on or before 9:30 o'clock A.M. on June 19, ' ;
~1978; to~the Trust Departinent of the First National Bank will be ~

permitted to participate in the bidding at the sale on June 23,
1978, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. -
2. That the Personal Representative be, and is hereby
ordered to return all bids and deposits submitted after 9:30 A.M. ~

~ 3. That it be, and is hereby ordered that the minimum `

highest written opening bid timely submitted on or before 9:30 o'clock ;
