June 19, 1978, and this list and copies of same shall be avail-
able for inspection until 12:00 o'clock noon on June 23, 1978, at
the Trust Department of the First National Bank of Fort Pierce,
during normal business.hours. -
~ 6. That each bidder must bring with him to the sale
on June 23, 19~8, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. in cash, cashier's check, ~
. certified check or other means equivalent to cash the amount of -
money representing ten (10$) percent of the maximum amount of
money that he is prepared to bid.
7. That prior to the beginning of the bidding on June
19, 1978, the Court with a Court Reporter present, will conduct -
private interviews with each bidder and that each bidder shall be
required to inform the Court of.the maximum amount of money that
he can bid and each bidder shall be required to exhibit to the
Court in cash, cashier'.s check, certified check or_other evidence
equivalent to cash ten (10$) percent of the maximum amount he can
bid during the interview. Each bidder shall also be required to
prove to the satisfaction of the Court his abi3ity to obtain the
other ninety (908) percent.of the maximum amount he can bid with-
in ninety (90) days after June 23, 1978. It is further ordered
that the record of the private interviews be sealed and only trans-
cribed upon order of this Court.
8. That the order of the.bidding on the respective par- .
cels~and on all parcels in.the aggregate shall be as follows:
(a) Bids will first be received on the individual
parcels first beginning with parcel C-4 and then on parcels C-3,
C-2, C-1, B-2, B-1, A-5, A-4, A-3, A-2, and A-1, in that order.
