b. After the close of bidding on each of the par-
cels separately, bids will be received on all parcels in the ag- ~
qreqate and that the ~inimum bid that may be placed on all parcels
in the aggregate 9h~11 be the total of the highest bids received~ •
on each of the individual parcels.
9. That~the successful bidder on each parcel or on all
parcels shall at the.end of the biddinq on June 23,"1978, be re-
quired.to im~sediately deposit with the Court cash, cashier's check,
certified check or other equivalency to cash, ten (10$) percent of
the total amount of his successful bid, and this ten (10$) percent
deposit shall be held by the Personal Representative until closi~nq.
10. That as.to the marketability of title and to the .
closinq coSts to be borne by buyer and seller the STANDARDS FOR
REAL ESTATS TRANSACTIONS as set forth in the 1978 revised edition of
the~Standard Contract For Sale And Purchase as approved by th~e
Flotida Bar and Florida Association of Realtors will apply except .
as decided otherwise by this Court. .
. 11. Tha~ parcel C-4 shall be conveyed to the successfnl
bidder subject to the easement.awarded to F1oriSa Power ~ Light Co~?-
pany in the Order of Taking rendered on May 19, 1978, by the Circuit ~
Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in the case of Florida Pawer
& Liqht Company -vs- First National Bank of Fort Pierce As Administra-
tor of the Estate of Perry Carlton, Deceased, Case No. 78-39 CA, and
all of the rights, duties and obligations accruing under said action •
together with all aanies now deposited into the reqistry of the
Court shall be conveyed and assigned by the Estate to the successful
bidder. ~
