2. That your Petitioner was named as Personal Representative ~

by the Decedent and the Decedent in his Last Will And Testament dated -

September 14, 1971, did give and grant unto your Petitioner as
Personal Representative the power to sell or convey real property
in the Decedent's estate at public or private sale. . ~

3. That the principal asset o£ the Estate is real '
property and the legal description of same marked as EXNIBZT "A" ~y ~

is attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part hereaf.
That it is necessary to sell the aforesaid real property in order

to pay the debts of the Estate since this Court in June of 1978,
entered an Order requiring the Estate to pay the claim of Baird

Funeral Home in the approximate amount of $1,436.00 with interest
