sold at public sale to raise funds to pay said claim.

4. That the Petitioner as Personal Representative did
. enter into a Contract For Sale And Purchase of the aforesaid real
property on June 20, 1978, for the sum of Thirty Six Thousand Five
Hundred ($36,500.00) Dollars. A copy of said Contract marked as
EXHIBIT "B" is attached hereta, incorporated herein and made a part
hereof. ~
5. That the Personal Representative does state to the
Court that the prospective purchaser is ESTON BUCHANON who is the
son of the Personal Representative.
6. That within the last twenty (20) days several persons
have submitted contracts as offers to buy the property and that
EXHIBIT "A" is the h#ghest Contract so submitted. Copies of the
~ other Contracts marked as COMPOSITE EXHIBIT "C" are attached hereto,
incorporated herein~and made a part hereof. ~

; 7. That the Personal Representative does state unto the

~ Court that the sale of this property has been a subject of stxife,
and that the Personal Representative requests the guidance of the

Court, and that the Personal Representative does further state unto
the Court that the Contract in COMPOSZTE~EXHIBIT "C" for Thirty
Six Thousand ($36,000.00) is by INEZ HAMII,TON who is a half sister
of the Personal Representative. That the property has formally been
appraised at the value of Thirty Eight Thousand ($38,000.00) Dollars,
but that based upon information that the Personal Representative
has obtained from Hoyt C. Murphy, inc., Thirty Six Thousand Five

~ Hundred ($36,500.00) is about the highest price that could be ob-

~ tained due to present zoning and due to the deterioration of the
~ neiqhborhood.
