THIS CAUSE came on to be h ~ Y
1978, upon the Petition of the Personal Representative for authori- -
~ ' - , -
zation to sell real property, and the Court having examined the .
sworn allegations in the Petition and the Personal Representative -
recoromending the sale and the Court finding that the Personal Repre-
sentative is one of the.three devisees named in the Last Will And
Testament of the decedent, and that the other two heirs have filed
~ a waiver, and the Court further findi;~g that it is necessary to sell '
~ ~
the real property in order to pay the debts of the Estate, and that
it is in the best interest of the Estate and the heirs to_sell the
real property, and the Court having heard counsel and being other- ~
wise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the Petition of the Personal Representative for
the authorization to sell the real property remaining in the Estate
be, and it is hereby granted.
2. That the Personal Representative is authorized to sell
~ the`real property as particularly described in EXHIBIT "A" attached
~ to the Petition, to ESTON BUCHANON under the provisions of the Con-

tract For Sale And Purchase exec~ted on June 20, 1978, for the pur-
