along the Eastern edge of the Savannah to point of intersection With the Southerly lfne ?

Thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of MILLERS SUBDIVISION to the point ~

This deed is executed to convey t~ grantees-the life estate in said proFerty reserved
b~y grantor, in deed recorded in St. Lucie County, Florida, in Deed Record 278, Page 2263,
on December 15, 1977.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD to the said grantees or their heirs and assigns forever.
And I do for ~yself and for my heirs, executors, and administratars convenant
with the said GRANTEES, their heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee simple
of said premises; that they are -~ree from all_encumbrances, unless otherwise noted above; -
that I have a good right to sell and convey the same as aforesaid; that I will and my
