That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration to the sum of

has granted, bargained and sold to said Party(s) of the Second Part, heirs and
assigns forever, the follawing described real property, located and situate in the_

4. The Articles of Incoiporation, By-Laws and DecIaration of Covenants

a Florida nan-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents
run with the land. The Grantee(s) assimes tf~Ae obligations of a ,

heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the resp~ctive parties

or ur.der the Graritor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of ~
