Purchaser, by acceptance and executfon of.this Receipt, acknowledges that
this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN YILLAGE OF HUTCHINSQN ISLAND is sub~ect
in every respect to the Declaratio~ of Condominiwn as t~o the condominium in which
his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not limited to
(whether the same are attached'to the Declaration or referred to thereinj, the By-
Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations, copy
of pro~ected operatfng budget „ copy of sales brochure and floor pian of apartment

and the Articies o€ Incorporation, 8y-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
of the Property Owners' Associatlon; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of
and readi~g and examination of said Declarat~on, its Exhibits, and budget, sales
brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing
is essential to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property and
is in the best ir~terests and for the be~efit of all the owners therein. Purchaser and
all owners of parcels in the af.oredescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by
each and every provision of said Decl:aration of Condamini~n and Exhibfts attached thereto.
PurcF~aser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of
said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the
assessment under the Property Owners' Association docunents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges -
and confi-rms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Propertiy (~mers' ~
Association has encumbered and impressed a iien upon the Condominium parcei being
conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obiigations under the said Qeclaration of
Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser asswnes
the obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warrant~es, representations and inducements, if any, are ~
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there--
to, and the caimon expenses and the sums due under the Property Owners' Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended,
nor may one be relied except where the same is specificaily warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.`~ -
